Travel fees depend on your location. Local areas (0-10 miles) have no extra fee - just £45 per visit. We charge +£10 for 10-30 miles and +£20 for 30+ miles. The travel fee is always confirmed before booking, and remote support is available UK-wide at no extra cost.

Yes! We have a special Student Package: £7 per session for remote support (up to 1 hour) and £12 for physical visits. Just show your valid student ID. Students also get special rates on tech coaching: £5-10/hour for remote sessions and £15-20/hour for in-person coaching.
